I sent them an email before Christmas asking for a replacement screw and never got a response, but an envelope showed up a couple of days ago with the screw in it.  They are reading their emails but not always replying.

Yeah, it unfortunately can get quite busy around here right before the show season and during the Holidays...

I sent an email about a replacement screw over three months ago and never got a response. I ended up just buying a different screw that would fit.

I received the wrong iPhone 6 case several weeks ago.  I sent a couple emails, but never got a response. Spent over an hour on hold, but could not get through to CS.  Will probably order one from another retailer.
