Dear AR15 Community,

I've recently had an issue with my rear MBUS PRO BUIS, and was quite sore in the butt about it being off spec. But as I got home from work today, I saw that a package was awaiting at my front door. I did not recall ordering anything, but I did see Magpul tape securing the box. I've posted in this industry forum about my sight and was told to email "Magpul" username. Long behold they've not only sent out a replacement on their dime. They also enclosed a return label along with some magpul gear (I.E. my new EDC hat and stickers). I cant not be ANY MORE IMPRESSED by this customer service. Thank you Amber @ Magpul for taking the time and effort to make this purchase well worth it.

I recently had some gen 3 20 round mags niw swapped out for niw 30 round mags because of some of the issue they have been having. They took care of me asap with no questions asked. Amazing customer support. I will continue to purchase and recommend there products as well.

That's a good looking rifle op.

There's two reasons why Magpul and LaRue have such a strong fan base on this site. Quality products and outstanding customer service.

Now, go dope slap yourself for doubting their customer service.

I've got 14 magpul components on my rifle and only ended up with 2 stickers out of all that packaging.

but do have a dope poster for the garage.
