I ordered a bunch of PMAGs from Botach and received one with a broken dust cover. I emailed Magpul via their website, and within 24 hours was asked for my address to send a replacement. I received a bag of 3 dust covers today.
Yes, this is a small item that many don't even bother using, but the whole issue was taken care of beyond my expectations. I will continue to purchase Magpul products with confidence. |
