Anyone have an idea on the response time for emails sent to MagPul? I'm in not terrible hurry, and sent them an email a couple days ago but the instant response / kick back email said that it could be several weeks?? before a response to be had barring emergency, critical inquiries.
Is this truly the response time or does anyone have any better luck. Like I said, I've got an issue but nothing critical and just curious if anyone else here has had any experience dealing with them via email? |

Unfortunately it can sometimes take a bit of time to respond to emails and, to a far less extent, even voicemails. We are an extremely popular brand and get a huge amount of pre and post sale inquiries. Like any other manufacturer we of course also get pinged about product problems, but are blessed in that they are relatively rare as we have very low defective rates. However, since we sell literally millions of products every single year, we still do get hit with a massive amount of questions overall.
We ask that you be patient as we will eventually get an opportunity to respond and provide the best possible customer service we can. If an issue is critical please feel free to call us M-F 9-5 MST and we will get you taken care of immediately. |
