does anyone know when "Middy or Mid-length " hand guards are coming out, I see BCM had them but are now out of stock?

BCM never had them. They have not been released by Magpul. See 19 page thread above (or below depending on posts).

Simple and effective, its been done for years. With Magpul releasing the mid and rifle length MOE handguards, I think it will become much more popular.
