Carbine.  A Rifle-Length Receiver Extension is too long for any collapsible stock.
The UBR's features and specs can be found here:

I have another question on this.

I built a mid length also and have fired it without issue with a rifle
buffer and A2 stock. I bought a UBR and would like to know if I should
get the standard or the H buffer?

Or as Arfcom usually says, get both?

Regular Carbine buffer works fine in my Middie with an UBR.

Peoples will say using both h or carbine will work and it most likely will (each weapon is different though). But I use a regular carbine buffer with a o ring and 4 or 5 coil extractor spring (i forget how many the upgraded ones have) and i have zero problems with extraction.
