Is the sight portion of the sight supposed to fit down on the top of the receiver? As in it sticks up a bit at an angle when locked down. It is locked correctly.

Probably covered already but I couldn't find it -

If you are talking about the rear, I have three sets and none of them sit flat.  They all have a slight angle when folded down.  I've never really noticed the front.

I think that would be my only gripe with the M-bus, drives me nuts that it sticks up like that, but that's just me being anal I guess. Now every body can chime in and say. "Hey, if it's not good enough for ya , I'll take it off your hands" I still love my M-bus ,just something I wish they would change on it....Carry on!

I loved the look of it closed, but open it looks like ass. Ive started using irons now instead if the optic and the mbus looked horrible. It worked great for a sight to never be used but I like my things to look good to ( If your going to represent might as well look good too ) I just went with a chopped carry handle optic, looks better IMO.  The mbus does work great dont get me wrong, just doesnt look good flipped up.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but is the windage knob on the rear MBUS a PITA to turn?  Had to use a screw driver since I couldn't crank it counter or clockwise by hand.  Maybe I need to lift more weights or something?
