Is it possible to add tritium to a set(front and rear) of the Magpul MBUS

I advise against rear tritium...too much light, too close to your eyes...

Front tritium is great...

I thought I had an answer for your question, but I may be wrong. I'm fairly certain that the front takes standard posts.

Front tritium sights work fine with it.

Thanks guys I appreciate the input. So the front can be changed, cool. Any idea if it can be done on the rear?

Might depend on how bad you want it.   The aperture is not the same height as the A2 style rear sight, you would have to do some customizing to make it work.

Not easily.  The rear sight is not a standard AR aperture.  It's also plastic and fairly thin, so it'd probably be pretty difficult to retrofit tritium inserts.  You could probably have a new aperture custom made for it, but that'd probably be pretty costly.
