Black is the only color planned for the EMAG. Our PMAG is still available in our standard four colors however... If you build it, they will come. It's not like they could change the color of the plastic they feed the mold, ............or wait a minute.............

It's not quite that simple. The various colors process differently and when you're talking about a magazine with critical tolerances then simply chucking different colored plastic into the machine doesn't cut it. Also, from an economic standpoint, since the market is MUCH more limited for this magazine stocking a bunch of colors that won't sell anywhere near as well as Black is just poor business practice... FYI Our 'm-rev' PMAG seems to drop free just fine from the latest FN SCARs as well as the IMI Tavor and unless you're running an HK 416, British SA-80, or Beretta ARX there's really no need to use the EMAG. |

I have not bought a Pmag yet, The Emags just may have sold me. I assume no problems with the Emags? They all drop free from the M16? I remember seeing an interview with Costa at SHOT show where he said he doesn't recommend using the EMag in an AR platform rifle, he recommends using PMags. Your call. |

Why is it so important to everyone to have a perfectly color-coordinated rifle? ![]() I am guessing you only have BLACK rifles My furniture is black, but I have black, FDE, and foliage mags, just bought what I got good deals on. My rifle WORKS the same regardless of what color the magazine is. Function over form, and all that. |

From the horses mouth. The video that is around of Chris at SHOT last year is outdated and was prior to our full regiment of testing in the EMAG. After a year in production the fact of the matter is the EMAGs are just as reliable as the PMAG. Chris has been running them all year in his classes with no issues. Several Teir one units have also been running the emag in both the 416 and m4 platform for over a year with no issues. Hope this answers your questions. |

Thanks for setting me straight. I have major problems with PMAGs not dropping free. Maybe I'll get a few EMags. |
