| Will the ACR stock fit on a commercial tube. This is why I ask I have a DPMS lower and have always been told that the DPMS has a commercail tube but when I installed my magpul sling plate I had to use the Milspec square peg thing. Tonight I got the ACS stock and wanted to see how it looked but new I had to put on the milspec tube. The stock went right on and fits great with no wiggle whats the deal. Any help would be appreciated |

The ACS Stock is currently only shipping in Black Mil-spec with Commercial-spec and colors to follow. From what we've seen, DPMS uses Commercial-spec Receiver Extensions but it is always possible that either ASAP key can be used. There is wide variation in specs between the different manufacturer's tubes...

| I have known of a few manufacturers who buy parts in bulk, and from time to time, they get mil-spec tubes instead of their usual com-spec tubes. When that happens, they just use whatever was shipped. Most times, the customer never knows the difference or that they got a better part. |
