That sonofabitch is a lot harder than a normal end plate. What did you guys use to stake yours in place?

Doesn't the castle nut hold it in place?
I didn't read anything about staking the ASAP, is there something I'm missing?

The end plate should be staked into the castle cut, that's what those little notches in the front of the castle nut are for.

I used an automatic center punch. It took a few hits to move enough metal. It isn't the cleanest, but it gets the job done.
