Will the MOE Handguard fit a bull barrel?

Does the integrated trigger guard front piece on the MIAD Grip have the A2 bump? I've seen pics both ways, and is it included in the kit?

Does anyone have good pics of the foliage green and the OD?

As for the bull barrel...

The front of the MOE HG fits into the circular keeper right behind the FSB, so even if you bored out the HG to accommodate a larger barrel, you would still need that.
