[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mil-Spec CTR....

I tried to search the Magpul topics but couldn't find any answers...

I got my Mil-spec CTR in the mail the other day and I must say I am VERY pleased!! I'm also happy to see they come with the rubber butt pad now free of charge. But, when I took the pad off to see which way I liked better I found a gaping hole in the back of the stock and nothing in the box to fill it in.

What happened to the plug for the back of the stock if you don't want to run the pad?

I assume you're talking about the hole where the receiver extension tube is?

I think pretty much all stocks have that because the length of receiver extensions vary and also it allows air to escape easily if you want to close your stock up quickly.

That would be great...

But don't you think they should supply you with this 10 cent piece of plastic with your kit, I mean you are spending around $100 for this stock.
