Is there anyone there doing it?
I placed an order over a week ago. No updates, No charge to my CC, no answering my calls, no answering my emails. Seems to be a recurring issue and pretty wide spread according to a lot of people here. |

Back in late MAY, I called to order some short screws for my UBR stock. Was told that they would ship ASAP. In June I called back, and was told the screws would ship ASAP. In early August I was told the screws would ship ASAP. Needless to say, I no longer own a UBR stock.
With that being said, I did receive my DVD set fairly quick... Great presenation BTW. |

Don't judge them by tracking your CC charges. I ordered my DVD on 14 October. recieved it 21 October and the charge didn't show up until 27 October.
I posted a question similar to yours but never received a response..,just the products I ordered. Apparently they have been spending their time pullng/packing/shipping instead of responding to forum and email questions. I can't say I like being left in the dark (i'm kind of a control freak that way) but it's better than having to wait an extra week 'cause they wasted time on the internet instead. Take a breath and see what happens. In the end...it's all good! |

Yeh, mine too. My point was they were apparently more worried about getting the order out than billing me first (like I would expect). I'm not making excuses for them, I'm just thinkin' "Chill" we have more important shite to worry about from now to 4 November. However, I do realize that's easy for me to say 'cause I received my order already. |

Thanks all for sharing your concerns. Our shipping and online ordering systems are separate and as such do not communicate directly with each other. Unfortunately, because of this we can not provide email verification of backorder and/or shipping status automatically. Credit cards are never billed until an item ships and it can take a number of days for the charges to show on your statement.
I'm dismayed to learn that your calls and emails are not being returned and without knowing who you left those with I can't comment on the problem. If you ever can't get through please feel free to contact me directly via phone at extension #118 or email at [email protected] I strive to return all voicemails and emails within a day and most likely it'll be within an hour. However, I do get quite a number of messages where the caller didn't leave a return number, it was unintelligible, wrong number, I leave a return voicemail and I don't hear back, and all sorts of other snafus. Our website is currently going on an overhaul to process orders quicker. Trust me. Everyone at Magpul is doing their best to keep up with ever increasing demand. |
