I placed an order directly to magpul about a week ago.  My order still says processing.  I havent gotten an email from them saying they are backordered.  The website also says they ship in a day.  Anybody know what the holdup is?  Is this normal for them?

Hey, i placed an order Thursday 20 March. of a bunch of Pmags and magpuls. still nothin'. I really have a hard time calling. have tried email in the past and again recently. I love what you guys do but dang...whats goin' on?

Hey could I get a hand from someone from magpul , help me out with my shipping problems. I mean if you guys are backed up, fine I can understand that but my account has been charged, i have email, posted. I really don't know what to do...i can't call because of location issues and have not got any response back from any of my other efforts. Its starting to get a little frustratingblueace

I got my wife to call because she is still in the states. She said the lady was very nice and that my order had ended up in a wear house somewhere. (we never got told) and that she would have it over night shipped to her place. She still hasn't got them but there may be some confusion on our side.

I ordered my FDE XTM rail covers 20May and finally got them 14Jun.

I'm definately not complaining, but I think some of you are going to have to have patience.  I've never seen their facilities, but I doubt they have the biggest mfg plant in the world.  Despite that, they are trying to cater to us the unknown military/police customers.  The volume is probably crazy for them.  I have no clue how many employees it would take or how many they have.

Apparantly they only have one mold for those XTM covers also.  Only one color is produced at a time I guess.  Hence the reason I had to wait so long for the FDE.

I love their stuff.  If I have to wait for it, I'm gonna.  Don't settle for less than stuff from people that really care about the quality of their stuff and make it right here in the USA.

Just as a data point, I made a small order (trigger guard, stickers, two PMAGs) last Thursday.  Today (Tuesday) my card had still not been charged, no emali updates, etc.  I gave MagPul a call from work today.

I spoke to a VERY nice lady who informed me that my order had shipped last Friday, and they just hadn't charged my card yet.  I checked the tracking number she gave me and discovered that the order had been delivered to my house about half an hour before I made the call!  They did finally charge my card for the purchase amount tonight.

I'm impressed with the speedy service and excellent phone support; will definitely be ordering direct again in the future.

I made an internet purchase from Magpul of M93B accesories and a few other things not too long ago.  My credit card had expired between the time I ordered and the time I received my order.  I traded emails with a very nice lady who took her time with me.  It took a few days for my new card to arrive but I wasn't hasseled even though they had every right to do so.
