| I placed an order directly to magpul about a week ago. My order still says processing. I havent gotten an email from them saying they are backordered. The website also says they ship in a day. Anybody know what the holdup is? Is this normal for them? |

I got my wife to call because she is still in the states. She said the lady was very nice and that my order had ended up in a wear house somewhere. (we never got told) and that she would have it over night shipped to her place. She still hasn't got them but there may be some confusion on our side. Thank you Drake, blueace |

Just as a data point, I made a small order (trigger guard, stickers, two PMAGs) last Thursday. Today (Tuesday) my card had still not been charged, no emali updates, etc. I gave MagPul a call from work today. I spoke to a VERY nice lady who informed me that my order had shipped last Friday, and they just hadn't charged my card yet. I checked the tracking number she gave me and discovered that the order had been delivered to my house about half an hour before I made the call! They did finally charge my card for the purchase amount tonight. I'm impressed with the speedy service and excellent phone support; will definitely be ordering direct again in the future. |

I made an internet purchase from Magpul of M93B accesories and a few other things not too long ago. My credit card had expired between the time I ordered and the time I received my order. I traded emails with a very nice lady who took her time with me. It took a few days for my new card to arrive but I wasn't hasseled even though they had every right to do so. TS |
