Are those Magpul lowers out for sale to the public? I've looked everywhere and can't come up with one.

I believe the consensus is that they will never be produced.

SMOS makes a VERY similar lower that Larue may be selling with their logo though.

Tactical Innovations is comming out with a new billet lower as well with a very decent price tag, but pics are not available yet.

Magpul says they are still coming, but they can't say when.

I have never seen a SMOS or Larue Lower. Anyone have a pic of it or the prototype?

I should have put some quotation marks in that post as it is all from Magpul, so you would have to ask them.

Its worth waiting if you really want one. If you are looking for a billet lower, POF, Sun Devil, and SMOS are only a few of the companies that make them. Sun Devil is roughly half the cost of the others, with the exception of the Magpul which will be higher.

I don't know but I'm starting to think the LaRue lowers are going the way of the Magpul lowers.
