So how much do you guys think the different length handgaurds for masada will cost.  I really want a 16" barrel w/ collapsing stock with the longest handgaurd as to just have the flash suppressor exposed at the end, but would also like to have the std length....hmmm...and would probably pick up the one w/ rails just because.  But really, what do you think its gonna cost?  Do you guys think options/parts are going to be available from the get go?  I know there has not been a whole of official info, and I know its bush'ies project, but what do you all think.

Alright I will play. The MOE stocks are their standard stuff. I don't think that they have any heat shields in them so they are straight poly. I do not think that the ACR has heat shields. I am not sure if the material in the ACR is the same stuff. Like the ACR, the MOE handguards do not have rails on them but have slots to add rails later.
Unlike the MOE, the ACR has steel (or AL) captive push pins. This cost is probably small but complicates/lengthens/increases the assembly process.
I am going to say $80-$100.

Yeah, I guess that sounds right, of course I do understand it is all speculation until the word hits the street.  I do hope they are available from the get go.  I bet you all the parts are like 75+.....modularity is great, it is just what the consumer wants....but modularity = big $$$, shit look at the ar industry, since the ban is gone, there are 10+ different types of everything, I have dumped almost 3k into my baby....and cant wait for another money pit!
