If you can't answer because it's confidential & proprietary I understand...

How much human involvement is there during the manufacture of your products?  For example, are the component parts of a PMAG (body, follower, spring, etc) assembled by people or machine?

What about some of the more complex stocks like the PRS?

I watch stuff on DSC's "How it's made" or whatever that show is called and manufacturing processes amaze me.  They have machines for everything these days.  I'm a numbers guy so I'm rarely exposed to these kinds of things at work.

We understand and respect your curiosity.  Unfortunately our operations info is confidential.  Thanks and yes, it is amazing.

Read between the lines dude, "super secret techniques" means only one thing.

Uumpa-Lumpas!  Just like in willy wonka.

A bunch lil' orange munchkins with the magpul logo on their smocks running around assembling Pmags.

Whoops!  Time for my pills.....

That close to Boulder they are called "Little People".  They are a more correct lot up there than the state of IA...or the rest of Colorado for that matter.

I thought it was "vertically challenged individuals"?
