I have 12 new D&H 30round mags with MagPul followers and ranger plates installed. Went shooting today and had problems with the mags picking up a new round following a shot. It seems the new followers are tighter than the green ones that came with the mags. I used the same gun and ammo that I always have used, the magazines are the only new variables. Has anyone had this problem? Anyone have any solutions?

I would suggest that you use a pen, pencil, etc. to depress the follower as far down as it will go several times. Do this until the movement of the follower smoothes out. This worked for me.

This was discussed here with the pics of the solution. We have since resolved the issue in the new release of the followers.
