| I had a sloppy fit between the Del-Ton upper and my Double Star lower. Fixed it with a #28 O-ring (5/8x1/2x1/16) on the front lug. Solidified it, now rock solid with no wiggle whatsoever. |

That slop has absolutely zero effect on function but I can see if it was excessive it may get annoying. Nice work. Actually, I had a notable shift in point of impact at 50+ yards. About 8 inches, to be specific. thats cuz you flinched Three different shooters, same issue. Between a mag well grip and a far forward grip, from all three of us, there was an 8 inch vertical shift in point of impact at about 65 yards on average. This was because Double Star is not a good match for Del-Ton. |

how much slop are you talkin? i have two deltons, both on a Kaiser Defense lower. one is real tight on the front pivot and the other isnt. same thing if i swap lowers, so its not the lowers. the slop doesnt affect my shooting. I am talking less than a peice of copy paper. you had room to put in a O ring right? |

I had enough that you could feel it when you put pressure on the muzzle end, and you could see light between the receivers at the rear. I did pay about $90 for my lower though, so $ = Quality, I guess. |

Didn't pay over $70 for any and the finish is great too. |

I had enough that it was rotating along the bore axis, in addition to about a degree and a half of rotation along the front pivot pin, which translated to about 8 inches or so down range. So if anyone else has that problem, #28 O-rings are $0.79 at Ace Hardware. I found it to be more effective than an accuwedge. |
