Any problems running the A2 upper FA on a RR M16?
I am looking for a shorty A2 for fun.
Will it work, will it hold up?

You should not have any problems and we will support FA in our uppers.

Another question.....what kind of BCG comes with the uppers?
Does standard mean semi-auto?
If so, could i request a F/A BCG and how would I do that?

I plan on buying an upper and mounting an M4-2000 suppressor. Would I need to get the barrel threads checked or will it be good to go for this?
