Does Del-Ton charge credit cards when the order is placed or when the order is shipped? Thanks.

I was charged initially when i placed my order and then the money was credited back to me. Its my understanding that my card will be charged officially when delton begins my builds. I could be wrong but im pretty sure this is how it works.

This is what I have seen... When there is a purchase there is a "hold" for the amount of your purchase. This is for a short period of time then it is released. This shows the card works and billing should be okay and they proceed to the next steps. A few days prior to shipping you will be charged...
