I was wondering about your order number system. Is it consecutive by order date? a actual order 22948, placed on 11/10/2008 and a actual order 24657, placed on 11/20/2008 would be 1709 orders in 10 days! Is this the case? |
That's why we can't get off of orders from the 5/6th! There were a pile placed those days!

Holy crap––I just placed my order, and it's # 27237. Business really is booming at Del-Ton! I wonder how far back that numbering system started. Sounds like they've got 5,000 - 6,000 or so of those orders just in the last month since the election.
Great customer service today, BTW. Hadn't heard back via IM or E-mail regarding the AR15.com discount and an order question––finally got through on the phone today, and the lady that answered (sorry, didn't get a name, Australian or other accent??) was very helpful in getting me hooked right up. Answered the question right off, and so far it seems like Del-Ton's very willing to personalize customers' orders, which impresses me since they're so overloaded. Keep up the good work, I hope the order turns out right! |
