If these kids would just teach and train instead of fucking with everyone, it'd get a lot more accomplished and sufficient. My kids have more discipline and respect. |

I persoanlly think that is funny crap. Anyone in a line unit completely understands that point of view. The same SH** you hate while you are in is the exact stuff you look back on and miss and giggle at when you get out. "THE SUCK" No matter how bad it is at the time, they are all good memories. Just some "GOODER" than others....  I love the way that no matter the generation - you hear the same comments. |

I know what you mean. it won't last forever. when do you deploy? we had a 6 month workup so there was no time to fuck around with us, it was train, teach, train, and teach. |

Don't hold your breath. Seems like these days everyone and their grandma thinks their unit is going to A-Stan now. A highschool buddy of mine just got to the fleet days before I deployed, he said "were probably goin to A-Stan on a MEU or some shit". Yeah, last week a CO from his battalion visited our AO(Al Anbar) because they are relieving us! HAHAHAHAH! Sucker. I told him to bring his black bag, it will be cold by that time. |
