My dear Friend Albert Bitton died in Iraq recently, No one I have talked to knows what happened. I was wonder if anyone here could help me find out what happened. Here is his mailing address.

He was a Combat Medic with the 101st Airborne. Here is a picture of him

Sorry to hear you lost your friend.  I have no idea how to find out details other than attempt to contact others in his unit.

He paid the ultimate price for others' freedom.

He looks like a fun-loving dude from the picture, the kind that guys in the unit would have loved to have around. Always good to have a jokester to lighten the mood.

Your friend died and it is a sad loss, but don't grieve him. Honor him instead. Consider getting a small memorial dedicated to him at home, so those in the future will not forget his sacrifice. Something as small as an engraved stone under a flagpole will ensure that his legacy is not lost.
