VA should have them if they were in your service record when you dropped it off.

Did you keep a copy of your medical record for yourself?  If so, check the front/inside of the folder.  It should be there along with your audiograms.

I will say, if you jumped between different branches for your MTF's, it can be a real hassle.  Seems the Navy facilities don't play well with the USA and USAF, and don't always cross-talk.  But, you might be able to get your local MTF to pull up what they can and print it up.

How long ago were you in?
Everything went on-line a few years ago, but I don't know what happens to access to those on-line records when you drop out of the system due to ETS or retirement

They should still come up.  AHLTA goes back to around 2002-2004

Are you talking about that little yellow shot record booklet?

Lol, there is no way you are finding a copy...

Any shots listed in one of those things would be so out of date it wouldn't matter

Actually, if you have that, it's good. Even though it's ''out of date,'' you have to typically prove you have had the series of shots, not when you had the shots.

OP, other places to look if you're in a bind would be school districts or colleges if you went. They may keep records.

Otherwise, just get the titers done, wait a week, and be done with it.

Why does your local health department need a record of your shots?
