We are going to a rotating shift/ floating schedule.  I am looking for recommendations for scheduling programs.  Ideally, you can save the schedule so someone else opens it and edit it, and print the thing.  Something that looks like a bar graph so the troops can see how many are here at every point in time.  Under $100 or free/shareware.  We are running 24hrs, under 40 people.

Any ideas?

we dont rotate but I was gonna suggest an Excel spread sheet. I use them for my case log and they are easy to set up, change and save to. Just a thought.
