The cop held his cool very well. Did I see that right; there was no driver in the pick-up? Toward the end it looked like he called the owner of the pick-up to him from the other side of the highway. I wonder if the cop was doing an accident investigation and the pick-up was involved in the accident. It would explain the no driver situation. |

Looks like he may be African American, or otherwise darker colored though. Looks to me like there is a white splotch about the shape of a t-shirt in the Drivers seat. |
