In short, Yes, but you need an accredited college to transfer them over so you can actually use them. I have a friend that is missing the next Sgt class because of this.

Ask your school what the procedure is. You'll probably have to pay a fee. I have a bachelors so I didn't need to deal with it, but my friend at work needed the credits to make the next Sgt class. They notified him two weeks ago, but it wasn't enough time for him to make the class so he has to wait.
