A man was late for work one morning so he took the liberty to run a red light at a busy intersection. A week later he received a $100 ticket in the mail complete with a grainy image of his license plate, taken by a traffic camera. The man signed the summons and instead of writing a check, he sent a photo of a $100 bill. Two weeks later, the man received yet another summons, this time it included a picture of bracelets.
