Don't know if it has been asked before as I couldn't find it with the search so here goes. What slings are the rest of you patorl guys using on your patrol rifles? Currently I am using the IDF 2 point sling from DSG Arms. I like it since it is nice and simple. Just pull the weapon out the rack and thor the sling over. I have been thinking of moving back to the single point I had for a while but.........just curious as to what the rest of you all are using.

So far the 3 point has worked best for me.

I use the Specter SOP 3 point sling and really like it.

I'm running a spector SOP too.
Always on the gun so there is no sling to forget.

A lot of guys I know like a chalker sling they wear all the time under their uniform shirt, then have the appropriate loop on their weapon. However, this requires that you always put that sling on as part of your gear every day.
If you happen to have something hit the fan when you are out of uniform, might be nice to have a sling if it is rifle time!

I use a one point sling made with H&K style snap hooks that I put together myself.  I learned how to do it on this site in the AR-15 section, scroll down to sling and accessory section, and it is a tacked thread.  I would hot link it if I knew how.  My sling cost me a little over $10.00 for each one I made.

Simple, cheap, a fun project, and it works great.
