Years ago I was on Real Stories of the Highway patrol when I stopped to back a trooper. Saw the camera and sound guy and got the heck out of there as soon as officer was secure. TV aint my bag.

They showed up when we were briefing to go on a drug search warrant one time in New Orleans and asked if they could go. We called our supervisor and he said, "Not no, but hell, no."

Buddy of mine next town over was on "True Stories of the Hyw Patrol" about 15 years ago. or when ever it was running. High speed chase across state border, perp crashed in corn field. dogs found him. big news at the time..

I love to watch cops when there is a foot chase... You can hear officers saying to each other "camera camera camera!" when they restrain a b.g.

I helped reenact an incident on Real Stories of the Highway Patrol. I wasn't even working when the real incident happened. For my 15 minutes of fame and fortune, I got to eat all the sandwiches I wanted and I got a free T Shirt.
