[ARCHIVED THREAD] - second chance raid rag

I saw one of these the other day and did not know what it was. It is about 18 incehs wide and is 30
inches long. It had a slot you could put your arm through to apparently use like a ballistic shield but it
is fairly fleible. Any ideas??
