I just purchased this bracket to mount a blue light in my pickup. It is supposed to mount to the windshield with suction cups. First time I drove it didn't make it to the end of the block. One suction cup pulled free. Any advice as to how to get the cup to stay in place will be appreciated. Thanks |

After trying everything else, i have a bungee cord going from the defroster vent, behind the light, and to the other vent. It wedges the light bewteen the dash and windshield better than anything else I tried. I am using a Code 3 dashlaser in a Jeep Cherokee, although I may turn it on maybe 1 out of twenty times I go on a call. |

Guys, I've got a Whelen Dash King with the suction cup mounts and they work fine. The trick is that you have to wet the cup before you stick it to the windshield. One or two will come off about every 6 to 9 months but that's not a big problem. Just wet the cup again and stick away. E-95 |
