[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Line of Duty Learning?

Anybody here have access to it? I'm trying to get a particular video to help convince some of the other deputies to start carrying O/D, but I can't afford to register for just one video. I tried the enrollment key route, but had no success as I was stuck in a loop.
