Just saw a TV advert for it. Series premier tonight.
Police POV on TruTV Didn't watch any of the trailers on the website, but played the crappy "Police POV the game" on the website. I kept failing because "proper" use of force is to use the taser against subjects with knives, bats, etc, not shooting them. |

It reminds me of cops but with an added camera view. Then it has the "reality tv" type questions/commentary. (Which suck at times)
One thing I can't stand is they are removing the radio traffic and replacing it with "scripted" dialog. Also they are speeding up the video on the POV cam so it seems more High paced... Gives a first person prospective, but why do they have to add the extra "cheese". Also they add siren noise when you KNOW they don't have their sirens on. |

that felony stop was horrible looking. Just my opinion.
The crossfire, and then just running up to the car after a robbery. It's easy to Monday morning quarterback not know the full details, but it just seems like some of the basics Officer Safety things weren't being shown. I really hate Monday morning qb, but I take it as a chance to learn. Of course shit can always go back quick, but unless the occupants fled on foot I see no need to lost cover to rush the arrest. Take your time, and call them out of the car. |
