Thanks, Hon. I'm so excited. I know it's not exciting to most of you that have had guns, before...but to me it's wicked cool. I just want to get all kinds of stuff for it. Gee, now I know how it feels. <runs screaming> |

Daisy, congratulations, but I have to ask this question... why did you come to this forum if you didn't have guns before? I mean most of us come here because we are gun enthusiasts and can't have enough of them. No harm intended, just curious. and by the way...you are a BEAUTIFUL woman |
HAH. My boyfriend was really into guns, and worked at a gun range (where I met him), so I wanted to find out more about them. You'd be surprised HOW MANY PEOPLE on this board don't own guns. I shoot pretty frequently, and really enjoy it, but never had my own gun. Now I do. Plus, finances are tight. So I always just shot his. and thanks for the compliment! |
Exactly. But I paid my 20.00 just like all the gunowners out there. (now I'm one! WOOT!) At least I did pony up for a membership..not just lurk like how many others? |

Good job Daisy... I figured it was something like that. Like they say...you've found a home here. Always glad to see more ladies around as well. I understand the finances, unfortunately I decided to sell a gun this weekend in order to fund a decent Christmas for the kids. Its been slow around lately as far as retail goes and my store isn't making any money this year. I hope its a good big loss so I can get some tax money back. |

I hereby guarantee that next year you will spend more money on ammo for that shootin’ iron than you did on the rifle itself. As for myself: So far I’ve allocated just over $300 for the first case of ammo purchase next year. And I haven’t figured my M16A1 ammo into the factor yet! You just wait until the Class III bug bites you. You might have to stop buying shoes more than four times a year!
