Ladies, I'm looking for a watch for my wife and expect that it will be the last watch she'll ever buy, or should HAVE to buy.  I bought a Marathon SAR for myself expecting that I'll never have to buy another watch because it broke, etc.  Basically, I'm looking for something for her with the same intent.

I have a basic idea of what I'm looking for; metal case and band/bracelet,  non-digital (an automatic would be great but not necessary), with a design that won't be out-dated in 5 years.  Is there a watch out there that meets these criteria priced at $550 or less?

I have three watches that cover all my needs.  A pink Casio Baby-G for outdoor stuff where I may need stopwatch, multiple alarms...that kind of stuff (Price: $100 or under).  My stainless pink Fossil MOP with crystals all around it for "fancy" wear (it's unavailable now but similar models run $100-$300.  I firmly believe Fossil makes the best watches for the money).  Finally my Luminox Navy Seal pink watch for daily wear or obviously anything water related.  It has a full tritium dial and is extremely well made hence it's preference by many SF personnel and others like SWAT teams, I LOVE this watch (Price: $300 and under if you look around).

If she's a watch nut the Tag Heuer makes very nice ladies watches.  I'm not that into watches so I stick to Fossil for my "fancy" watches.  They look just as nice, last forever and cost much less.  Just depends what she likes but you'll be able to find some very nice ladies watches under $600.
