Hi,
I watched each and every show about D-day. Right now it's early June and It's damn hot. Why is everyone at Normandy wearing heavy wool uniforms?? Was it that chilly? Also, were could I find a site that would show what gear the guys had with them??

In Saint-Malo which is close to Omaha, the temperatures have ranged from the low 50's to mid 60s this week. Not what I would call hot living here in So-Cal.
