a lawsuit against a 100% employee owned esop and its fiduciaries, brought forth by current and past emplyees was just dismissed. This happened in federal court in st. louis mo. This lawsuit was going on for the last 2 years and had a court date of march 11. How can a person find out on what grounds it was dismissed, and could somebody tell me what is likely to occur if it is appealed? I am totaly ignorant on how this works. Neither side wants to discuss any details. Does any of the information obtained in the depositions by both sides become public knowledge?
