During a compliance inspection the ATF inspector thought that the part number was the serial number. When it didn't show up in the NFRTR, ATF moved in. IIRC there were either five or seven total charges. On one (lying to ATF agents) the jury voted "not guilty", and they couldn't come to agreement on the rest so the case ended in a mistrial. |
