Hi, My brain is falling apart as of late and I can't seem to locate a case on either computer I thought I had saved. Case involved someone who refused to give his name to police when being questioned about suspicious activity. I believe it was a USSC ruling. It was 4A or 5A related and they ruled that giving your first name was not a violation of either. Thanks in advance. |
