I have a Revocable Living Trust set up for me by an attorney, which I've so far used to purchase two NFA items. A friend has a Last Will and Testament set up as a trust for his daughter. Can he use this document as a trust for the purposes of purchasing NFA? Or does he need an entirely new Revocable Living Trust? Can the original document be altered by an attorney to fit his needs?
