Whom, by which process, can one ship loaded ammunition?
What are the requirements and cost?

UPS Ground, labeled ORM-D
NO haz-mat fee, straight ground rates (which are much too high these days).
USPS will NOT ship ammo.
Unsure about FedEx.
Ammo can't be shipped by air, must go ground only.
