AR-15 to M-16 Class II drilling fixture used to modify AR-15 type receiver to accept M-16 auto sear

Is this legal to own with a AR in the house?  I would think not..but the ATF has some strange laws..

I just noticed it for sale on Ebay

Possession of a drilling fixture and a semi AR15 might be construed as conspiring to violate the NFA - but I don't think it's ever come up as a legal ruling.

For now, at least, as long as you had no M16 parts in the house, you might get away with it, even if discovered - and if you don't actually use it, you haven't committed any crime.

However, it's totally useless, for legal purposes, to anyone but a Class 2 manufacturer.
