Wife is dealing with a lawyer in Nashville TN about a car wreck and subsequent suit against the lady that hit her and caused a bit of personal injury to the missus. Question is, what can be asked of the attorney to get him to disclose what is being dealt with with the other womans lawyer? We are pretty sure the wifes attorney is dragging his feet. When she calls and asks anything, he has a bunch of excuses, then miraculously things from the other womans attorney appear on his desk and he calls and gives the wife a little information, just enough to lead her along. |
