| I have an H&K USC to UMP conversion (still semi). I'd like to make it an SBR with a suppressor. I live in Virginia and I have a class III in Colorado who can do the work. Can someone please offer some decyphering of the ATF NFA Forms 1, 2, and 4 and clearly descibe the process that need to follow to make this a reality ... legally! I cant seem to get clear answers and I really dont want jail time due to a clerical error. Thanks! |
