do the 4473 froms still have to be signed in black ink? i thought they did, but maybe it was the old yellow forms. thanks leao |
The instructions at the top of the current 4473 merely say "All entries must be in ink." For additional guidance I would point out that the Form 4 that you submit to have a Machinegun or other Title II weapon transferred to you, and therefore should be even more important, specifies "blue or black ink" in its' instructions.
