I was told that I can't order ammo through the mail here in Boston Mass. I called alcohol, tobacco, and firearms and they said they couldn't give me any legal advice on that subject, and should check other state agencies or departments. hock.gif

Appears ya can, but suggest ya check the laws listed in this statement:

[blue]Please note that Massachusetts law requires that we check your valid FID card or "License to Carry" each and every time that you purchase: loaded ammunition, empty brass, projectiles, smokeless powder, primers and even BB's.
ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO EXCEPTIONS!     (MGL 140 section 121 and MGL 140 section 129C)[/blue]

Mail Order dealers won't sell to you because they are unable to properly validate your required license/FID.  This is not the fault of the ammo dealer, but of your state/local government.
