I'm having an issue with my home security service. Early August my service started having "Com Error's" = communication issue. Basically, my system looses contact with the provider. I contacted the provider (early August), took a week to get a tech. Said tech didn't do much, and said it was all fixed. Less than 24 hours later, same issue, call back, another week before we can get a tech. This time, the tech replaces the cell device. Couple days go by, then the issue accelerates to multiple times a day. Not every day, but more than it was before.

I've had this provider since May 2014. Turns out I am still under a 20 month contract, and the soonest they can get a tech out is, Tuesday the 12th. The Com issue (Communication) error sets the control panel off and beeps till someone goes and turns it off. This usually results in being woken up in the middle of the night, and recently multiple times. I'm pretty fed up.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what type Attorney I may need?
